Workspace Roles and Permissions Explained

Sofia Creative supports five roles: Owner, Admin, Lead, Editor, and Reviewer. Each has different permissions.
Roles Overview
- Owner: Full access to billing, settings, and all workspaces.
- Admin: Full access to a specific workspace and its settings.
- Lead: Can create, edit, approve, and publish content.
- Editor: Can create and edit content, but not approve it.
- Reviewer: View-only access plus the ability to approve or reject content.
Permissions
Assign roles based on your team needs. You can change a member's role at any time from the Workspace Settings.
