Yes. Cancel from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Go to Billing in your dashboard. Switch plans anytime. We'll prorate the difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards via Stripe. VNPay, MoMo, and PayPal may be available in a future phase.
Is there an annual billing discount?
Yes. Save 20% when you choose annual billing instead of monthly.
How many workspaces can I have?
Starter includes 1 workspace, Growth 2, Scale 5. Add more workspaces for +$20/month.
Can I invite team members?
Yes. Starter includes 3 seats, Growth 8, Scale 20. Roles: Owner, Admin, Lead, Editor, Reviewer.
Does Sofia Creative support multiple languages?
Yes. UI is available in EN, VI, FR, ZH, JA, TH, MS. AI output language can be set per brand or per generation.
Is my content and brand data secure?
Yes. We use encryption in transit and at rest. We don't sell or share your data.
How do I get support?
