A content calendar gives your team a bird's-eye view of what's planned, in progress, and published. Sofia Creative's Calendar View turns your content schedule into an interactive visual timeline.

Monthly & Weekly Views

Toggle between monthly and weekly views depending on your planning horizon. The monthly view shows content density across the month — useful for spotting gaps. The weekly view provides more detail, showing exact publish times for each day.

Content Cards on the Calendar

Each piece of content appears as a color-coded card on its scheduled date. Colors indicate status: blue for draft, yellow for in review, green for approved, and purple for published. At a glance, you can see the health of your content pipeline.

Drag-and-Drop Rescheduling

Need to move a post to a different day? Simply drag the content card to the new date. A confirmation dialog shows the old and new publish times. Confirm, and the schedule updates instantly. This works for both draft and approved content.

Filter by Campaign, Channel, or Status

When you're managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, use filters to focus on what matters. Filter by campaign to see only that campaign's content, by channel (WordPress, Facebook, etc.) to see platform-specific schedules, or by status to focus on items needing action.

Quick-Create from Calendar

Click on any empty date to create new content directly. The content creation form pre-fills the scheduled date, saving you a step. This is particularly useful during editorial planning sessions.

Team Visibility

The calendar is shared across your workspace. Everyone sees the same schedule, which improves coordination and reduces conflicts. Editors know when their content is scheduled; reviewers know what's coming up for review.
