Onboarding Checklist for New Teams

Get your team up to speed with Sofia Creative in about 7 days.

Day 1–2: Setup

Create account, add first brand, set language and glossary. Invite team members with appropriate roles.

Day 3–4: First Content

Create a campaign, add a brief, generate first content. Edit, submit for approval, and approve. Connect WordPress or social accounts.

Day 5–6: Publish

Publish first piece. Review the workflow. Try stock images, AI cover generation, and export.

Day 7: Refine

Add more glossary terms, refine brand voice, create more campaigns. Use the onboarding checklist in the dashboard to track progress.
